3. Client Responsibilities

By using our follow-up systems, you confirm that:

• You have obtained legal consent from all customers before they are sync'd to the system
• You will not upload or sync any contact lists that violate anti-spam (TCPA/GDPR) laws
• You own the legal rights to use your company branding in follow-up templates
