• 3Sequence Analytics: Timestamps of SMS deliveries, email open status, customer replies, and completed review redirects.

3. How We Process Information

We use the data strictly to:

• Trigger automated follow-up messages based on quote status or completed jobs
• Deliver SMS and email sequences as configured by your business rules
• Track customer responses and stop active sequences once a client schedules or replies
• Provide analytics detailing unbooked jobs successfully recovered

4. Data Ownership & TCPA Compliance

Local businesses utilizing ContentRipple act as the data controller. Content Ripple acts as a data processor—we only execute communication sequences according to the triggers and rules set up by the business.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that all contacts imported or synced have provided appropriate consent under TCPA (US), PECR (UK), or GDPR (Europe) regulations for post-service check-ins and follow-ups. ContentRipple purges patient/customer phone lists after the active sequence completes.

5. Third-Party Deliverability Partners

To run sequences reliably, ContentRipple routes messages through verified service providers:

• Twilio / Telnyx — SMS carrier delivery
• SendGrid / Postmark — Email dispatch
• Stripe — Account billing
